It’s Showtime brings its biggest anniversary celebration to date called “Sampu Sample,” a year-long festival of surprises that marks the program’s ten years of making Filipinos happy and invites all madlang people to not just have fun but also help in taking care of the environment and in making a difference.
The groups League of Dominions, Real Nice One, and Sexbomb Jr Dance Crew performed on It's Showtime's Classic Showtime Wednesday, October 9.
The first act, League of Dominions from Marikina City, earned a standing ovation from the Hurados and the madlang people. According to Hurado Dawn Chang, the group proved that their confidence individually and as a group proved that they can entertain.
"Everybody's confident. It just goes to show na kaya n’yong magpasaya ng madlang people," she said.
The next performance was made by the Real Nice One from Caloocan City who incorporated high-flying stunts to their performance. Just like the first act, they also able earned a standing ovation. Hurado Jason Zamora expressed his amazement by saying: "It was a real, nice performance."
"Kahit wala kayong hawak na apoy, pina-apoy n’yo ‘yung stage," he added.
The last act was by the Sexbomb Jr Dance Crew who is also from Caloocan City. Given that the group's members are mostly consists of the younger generation, former GirlTrends (GT) member suggested that they give their "all-out" whenever they perform.
