Avid viewers of It’s Showtime have certainly heard the blaring “Sample! Sample! Sample!” innumerable times throughout its 12 years on air, which is uttered every time there are guests who would grace the show.

And it was turned into a new segment in this episode of Showtime All-Access, wherein host Jugs Jugueta let some members of the It’s Showtime family shine by asking them to exhibit their talents that the madlang people, or even their colleagues, have never seen before.

The first one to display her hidden prowess was dancer-turned-mainstay Jackie Gonzaga, who, instead of wowing us with her dancing skills, amused us with her rendition of Sarah Geronimo’s “How Could You Say You Love Me”. 

Writer Christian Espinosa also chose to sing and impressed everyone by belting out the OPM classic “Sana Ngayong Pasko” by Ariel Rivera, as well as dancer Nerijay “BoomBoom Girl Neri” Lopera who serenaded us with the well-loved ABS-CBN Christmas anthem “Star Ng Pasko”.

Meanwhile, segment producer Danica Varona, who’s been working for the noontime program for more than four years, showed us a funny hand magic trick. Utility butler Alfie Martin, who’s been part of the family since Day 1 12 years ago, also showcased a unique talent, which was jump roping.

In the end, it was Alfie who Jugs declared as the winner and gave him an ABS-CBN shirt as a prize.
