Love, as they say, has the power to achieve the impossible. It’s the love for the art of entertainment, the love for spreading joy, and the love for madlang people that propels It’s Showtime to soar to greater heights, defying all odds.
Now, on its 15th year, the noontime show reaches yet another milestone by finding a new home on GMA Network’s main channel.

As they take over GMA-7’s noontime slot, the It’s Showtime fam is ready to introduce their brand of fun and ‘kulitan’ to the Kapuso audience. “Our purpose is to make everyone happy since day one,” said Anne Curtis, who vows to infuse their new home with the same cheerful energy – an “anne-saya” experience for all.
The hosts promise viewers of a show where there’s no negativity, instead offering new flavors, a fresh start, “pangmalakasang tawanan, good vibes, pusong punum-puno ng kilig, pak na pak na kakwelahan, dagdag-saya at dagdag pagmamahal.”
“Sino ba ang mag-aakala na kami ay mapupunta sa Kapuso Network,” pondered Ogie Alcasid. Isn’t it nice to think that the “madlang people” and “madlang Kapuso” are now united?
“Thank you so much to GMA for welcoming us with open arms,” Karylle expressed.
Anne added, “To our GMA family, sobra-sobra kaming nagpapasalamat for taking us in. It means the world to us, not only to us, but of course to the solid Showtimers that we found a new home in you. What I’m so excited about is reaching a whole new audience.
“It’s Showtime” – hosted by Anne, Karylle, Ogie, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz, Ryan Bang, Ion Perez, Jackie Gonzaga, MC, Lassy, Cianne Dominguez, Darren Espanto, Amy Perez, and Asia’s Unkabogable Superstar Vice Ganda – will air on GMA’s main channel starting April 6.
