Anne Curtis’ bulol moments on “Isip Bata” that made us LOL

From being a versatile actress who astounded us with her portrayals both on television and movies, we’ve gone to love Anne Curtis more when she began her hosting stint in It’s Showtime 14 years ago. It has allowed her to exhibit facets of her that we did not see before, such as her innate comedic chops, which she’s able to show through her kakulitan, banters with her co-hosts, and just being her true self.

But aside from her playful personality, another thing that we admire about her is how she tries her best to speak in straight Tagalog in order to keep pace with her co-hosts and interact well with the madlang people, especially now in “Isip Bata.” Let’s look back on some of her funny bulol moments that truly made us LOL (laugh out loud) in this Kapamilya Update feature.

First off was when Anne had tongue-twisting moments while she and Vice Ganda were interviewing the Batang Cute-pos, as she found it difficult to express what she really wanted to say. While this amused her co-hosts, the Unkabogable Star jestingly requested Director John Moll for a new “kapares.”

Jhong Hilario also wasn’t able to control his mirth as the one and only “Dyosa” had a hard time delivering her spiels perfectly, not just once, but twice! Meanwhile, Vice made us laugh with her funny reactions when Anne stammered as they got paired up in other episodes of “Isip Bata.” She even jokingly told her, “Ano’ng ginagawa mo kapag pagod ka nang mag-host?”

In another episode, she once again found herself the laughingstock as she stuttered multiple times while interviewing the Batang Cute-pos alongside Vice. The latter remarked, “grabe, palala siya nang palala,” to which she totally agreed. This also amused the other hosts, who teased her that her blunders would certainly make it to TikTok anew.
