Don’t let their prim and proper demeanors fool you. Mothers may act serious and strict, but it’s only because they’re always concerned about their family’s wellbeing. Behind the tough love, they also know how to relax and let loose from time to time, just like these celebrity moms who took on It’s Showtime’s “Taga Saan Ka Challenge”!
Jodi Sta. Maria
We’ve seen their bonding moments through her many Instagram posts. From painting sessions to attending his basketball games, the main man in Jodi’s life is certainly her precious son, Thirdy. So, she has acting and mom skills mastered, finally on It’s Showtime she proved she can also bust a move.
She entered showbiz as a child star, and now she has a daughter of her own named Athalia with husband Vino Guingona. But while in the early stages of motherhood, Empress still manages to show fans her dancing skill.
Being a top celebrity means having to sacrifice free time. Luckily, Sunshine has found the solution to this problem. Why not bring along family to work? That’s exactly what she and her beautiful daughter, Angelina, did as they both took on the noontime show’s dance challenge. And standing next to each other, these two ladies look more like young sisters.
Kyla and Jaya
The Queen of Soul and the Princess of R&B have serenaded us for years. But apparently these Tawag Ng Tanghalan hurados aren’t just singers! They can also dance just as well, if they’re not busy with their families. Being married for almost 12 years now, Jaya and husband Gary Gotidoc have 2 children, Sabriya and Dylan. While, the married couple of seven years, Kyla and Rich Alvarez have a son, Toby.
Of course, we can’t leave out the It’s Showtime mainstay as she took on the challenge despite trying her best to hide. TNT hurado Ogie Alcasid even outed her, revealing that they used to dance back in the days. On screen, Tyang Amy has become one of our favorite hosts, but off stage she’s also an admirable mother to three children—Adi, Kyle and Isaiah.
