From a carefree girl, Nathalie Hart has grown into a more responsible and mature woman all because of motherhood, as what she candidly confessed in Kapamilya Confession’s ‘Instagram Raid Challenge.’ Nathalie started entering relationships at seventeen and even travelled across the globe just to be with her boyfriend, “’Wag n’yo tularan,” she jested.
She admittedly spent her teenage years partying and flying anywhere because she had no responsibilities other than her showbiz career. There were no limitations to how she dressed up, either, shown in a photo of 19-year-old Nathalie wearing a sexy corset and shorts for winter. She swore she’ll never dress like that in public again.
“Look at my outfit,” she exclaimed at the sight of her 23-year-old self, partying without a curfew. A certified travel junkie, Nathalie gushed over her photos taken in Taj Mahal which she explored with a classmate; and Dubai where she filmed an indie movie.
“Moving forward from all those partying, now I have an angel,” enthused Nathalie, smiling, while showing a snapshot of her and daughter Penelope. The actress has been vocal about her split-up with her Indian ex-partner. They, nevertheless, co-parent and remain friends. “We’re a big modern family,” her description to a photo of Penelope’s out-of-town birthday celebration with the child’s father.
As easy as her transition to motherhood, Nathalie swiftly returned to showbiz after her pregnancy. She now stars in Ipaglaban Mo “Tukso” episode with James Blanco and Victor Silayan. She portrays the role of Carmina, a wife whose doubts and suspicions over her OFW husband will lead her into an affair with another man. Asked about her takeaway from the episode, Nathalie underscored that married couples must learn to listen to their spouses and just stop acting paranoid.
Long distance relationships will only work out, in Nathalie’s opinion, if the two people involved are both mature and emotionally tough; and if driven by long-term goals. She said LDRs will never be viable to individuals looking for mere fun and temporary companionship.
When asked if she’d ever been tempted as well, Nathalie replied, “Of course, lahat naman tayo natutukso. It’s normal. Ako, natutukso ako in terms of how I spend my savings all the time.”
