In the past decade that she’s been active in showbiz, Angeline Quinto is not only admired for her singing prowess and gregarious personality, but for her undying devotion to her late adoptive mom, Mama Bob, when she was still alive. Thus, when the latter passed away on November 7, 2020, the former couldn’t help but think what’s going to be her purpose, as what she divulged in an interview in 2021.

And almost a year after Mama Bob’s demise, the I Can See Your Voice singvestigator has found her brand-new purpose when she found out that she was pregnant with her first child with her then non-showbiz boyfriend of more than one year, Nonrev Daquina. According to her, they met through her non-showbiz friend from Sampaloc, Manila. They initially saw each other via video call, to which she got smitten by his cute smile, and met for the first-time through a group date at a popular restaurant in Quezon City prior to the onset of the pandemic in March 2020. Sparks instantly flew between them, which ensued to their constant communication since then.

He was by her side when Mama Bob suffered from stroke in September 2020 until her heartbreaking death. Since then, he promised to be there for her and to try his best to love her just like how her mom did.

It was only in February 2022, or two months since Angeline’s shocking revelation, when they revealed his face and identity for the first time through her Instagram post and vlog documenting her maternity shoot. They welcome Baby Sylvio on April 2028, 2022.

It was in September 2022 when they got engaged, and in a separate interview late last year, the Queen of Teleserye Theme Songs disclosed that she and her fiancé have been talking about marriage already and they’re eyeing to get married at the Quiapo Church since both of them are devotees of the Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno.
