And now that she’s navigating adulthood, things have gotten even more complicated! Roxy finds herself torn between Archie (Elijah Canlas), her 'baby daddy'—the father of the child she gave birth to right after high school graduation—and Doc Kevin (Ralph de Leon), the charming doctor who's given her new hope that she might finally have her happy ending.

Let’s start with a quick refresher on how Roxy’s love story with Doc Kevin began. They’re colleagues at the same hospital, where Roxy works as a nurse. As Kevin slowly found himself falling for Roxy, he started making subtle moves to get closer to her—like treating her to coffee or offering her a ride home. Roxy, still heartbroken that Archie didn’t come back to her after she gave birth, despite his promise, felt her heart come alive again thanks to Kevin’s sweet gestures.

There was this scene where Roxy let Kevin drive her home. Just before she got out of the car, Kevin mentioned that he noticed something special in Tim's feelings for her when he saw them chatting in a café earlier. Casually, he admitted that he wanted to know if Tim was courting Roxy again so he could keep an eye on his competition. But Roxy quickly cleared things up—she and Tim are just best friends, and their closeness is because of their bond as BFFs and ex-lovers.

It was like butterflies filled the air when Kevin confessed that he wanted to court Roxy. But Roxy, suddenly feeling insecure, couldn’t help but wonder why a handsome, wealthy, and eligible doctor would be interested in a single mom like her. “Bakit ako?” she asked. And our hearts absolutely melted when Kevin sincerely replied, “Bakit hindi? Gusto ko, eh. Gusto kita, eh.” Let’s admit it—we all felt the kilig and excitement for Roxy in that moment!

Then, the ‘golden boy’ of the RoxChie fans club—Archie—came back to the Philippines. However, his return wasn’t exactly met with open arms because not only is Roxy still mad at him, but he also found out that she’s in a relationship with Kevin.

But knowing ‘the’ Archie Aguerro, well, he’s not one to back down easily! He won’t stop until he wins Roxy back and earns the acceptance of their child, Riley (Argus Aspiras). Roxy’s heart—and ours too—went on a rollercoaster of emotions when Archie started making his move! The scene where he asked Roxy for permission to spend time with their child was just too cute. After a bit of playing hard to get, Roxy finally agreed and accepted the gift Archie brought for Riley—a ball. Our ‘kilig’ hearts nearly leapt out of our chests when he also handed her a single stem of a flower. Roxy couldn’t help but smile secretly, surprised by her own reaction.

Fate seemed to start siding with Archie as Kevin's red flags began to show, hinting that maybe he and Roxy weren’t such a perfect match after all, like in that scene where Kevin’s parents reacted offensively when they found out she’s a single mom. Kevin got frustrated, asking why Roxy told them right away instead of waiting for the perfect moment. Roxy was shocked by how Kevin handled the situation and felt hurt. She said there was no reason to delay telling the truth about who she really is, especially since Kevin knew from the beginning that she had a child from high school. Kevin’s response was that he knows and accepts it, but no matter what, his parents are his parents. “Relationship natin ‘to pero parents ko sila,” he insisted.

Now, let’s spice up this Archie vs. Kevin showdown with a face-off! Round 1: Archie’s bar. Kevin tried to play the hero card by saying Archie shouldn’t bring Riley to the bar because it’s not a place for kids, referring to Riley as just “Archie’s son.” But he wasn’t ready for Archie’s comeback: “Sa umaga kasi, Doc, café ‘to, eh, so pwedeng pumunta dito ‘yung anak namin.” Yup, emphasis on anak ‘namin.’ Archie didn’t stop there, adding, “Sa gabi talaga, hindi talaga pwede kasi sleeping time na ng anak namin. At saka hindi lang naman ito ‘yung place na pwede kong kitain ‘yung anak namin.” Did you count how many times Archie said “anak namin” like he was throwing it right in Kevin’s face? Even Roxy was low-key amazed and trying to hide her smile at Archie’s teasing, while Kevin was about to explode from anger.

Adding to the drama, there was a conversation where Kevin suggested that it might complicate things for Riley if he meets his dad. But Roxy had already made up her mind, prioritizing what’s best for her child. To calm down her jealous boyfriend, she promised Kevin that their date would still happen.

But maybe high school really never ends, and Roxy and Archie’s love story is just waiting for the perfect moment to spark up again. It felt like they were back in their high school days with their playful banter and unresolved tension. The scene at Archie’s café, where Roxy, Sky (Andrea Brillantes), and Ria (Rans Rifol) were eating, was like a perfect throwback. After serving them, Archie asked if he could throw a birthday party for Riley the following weekend. Roxy, still as feisty and prickly as she was in high school, snapped at him when he mentioned wanting to spend time with her on that special day. But Archie, holding onto every bit of hope, promised he’d do whatever it takes to win Roxy over.

If you were left hanging after Round 1 of the Archie vs. Kevin match, get ready for Round 2. This might be where we finally see who truly has the genuine love for Roxy. The birthday party Archie planned for Riley went off, and the kid had a blast. So Roxy and Riley took their time heading down to the lobby of the condominium, where Kevin was waiting. Kevin’s anger button was pressed again and his red flag went up when he showed Roxy’s friends just how mad he was for waiting so long in the lobby. To make things worse, he even yelled at Riley for not wanting to go home. Of course, Archie wasn’t having any of that. When Kevin arrogantly asked, “Sino ka ba?” he got schooled by Archie’s straightforward reply: “Tatay ako. Bakit?!” Kevin then took a cheap shot at Archie, seizing the moment since Archie refused to fight back to avoid traumatizing his son. Roxy stepped in, only to get yelled at by Kevin, who accused her of being unfair.

After that intense showdown, there was a super sweet moment when Roxy tended to Archie’s wounds. Aww! Adding to the charm of the scene were Archie’s cute remarks about Roxy’s “arrogant” boyfriend. Then, the truth came out that night when Z (Daniela Stranner) pushed Archie to finally reveal why he didn’t keep his promise to return to Roxy and their child. He shared how he ended up in jail in America due to self-defense.
