As Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla celebrate their 10th anniversary as a loveteam this year, Kapamilyas all over the world have the chance to relive the magic of their tandem on-screen as the 40 full episodes of their well-loved 2013 romance-comedy drama series Got To Believe can now be streamed via ABS-CBN Superview on YouTube this September.
Ardent shippers of KathNiel can look back on the kilig, amusing, and dramatic shenanigans of their characters Chichay and Joaquin, who, despite coming from different walks of life, were bound by friendship when they were kids and by love when they grew up.
After their whimsical first-ever meeting at the amusement fair owned by Chichay’s family, their friendship ended abruptly as they went on different paths due to the unpleasant circumstances faced by their respective families. But after 10 years, their lives once again intertwined as Chichay became Joaquin’s personal nanny, without any idea of each other’s childhood.
From having a dog-and-cat relationship at the onset, they eventually became friends and found comfort in each other's company as they went through the ups and downs of adolescence. However, the conflicts among their parents, as well as their fateful past got in the way of their blooming romance, compelling them to go separate ways.
They may have pursued different paths and have found new love years after they last saw each other, but the universe had its way of bringing Joaquin and Chichay together again, as the story stays true to the show’s tagline which was, "The heart remembers what the mind forgets.”
