Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu have always shared a certain vibe with each other, even before their current stints as co-hosts on It’s Showtime, wherein they are paired up for this Saturday’s Magpasikat 2020 performances. Both are bubbly, energetic, and straightforward—and because of this, they truly get along.
As we can see in their TV appearances, their personalities have always clicked. The result of their fun on-air banters and exchanges is certainly quite delightful to viewers.
We have witnessed it in the many times Kim guested on Gandang Gabi Vice, wherein their rib-tickling conversations would show how close they are off-screen as well as friends.
In this gallery, we see the many instances Vice and Kim shared the limelight through the years, and how they’ve complemented one another in those special moments.
During one of those appearances on GGV, Kim shared how her friendship with her other besties Angelica Panganiban and Bela Padilla started through her “gatecrashing.” This was when she and Bela gatecrashed Director Andoy Ranay’s birthday party, where they chanced upon Angelica and started their long-lasting friendship. Because of this, Kim commented that gatecrashing made her happy.
Vice would jestingly respond by noting that gatecrashing might be Kim’s habit. He remembered Kim once gatecrashed his private boodle fight party with his friends. Vice said it happened on a Sunday party and recalled that at first, singer Angeline Quinto was the only girl in the group. Then Vice said he expressed shock at seeing Kim joining the party unannounced.

Vice added that normally they would have such parties last up to 2am the next day, because they all had work, but because of Kim, the party went on until 6am! Vice also shared Kim’s “kakulitan” moments wherein she challenged Angeline to a bout of swim racing. Vice and Kim admitted the party turned out to be an even happier event.
