Fast-rising Pinoy Pop boyband SB19, comprised of Pablo Nase, Josh Santos, Justin De Dios, Ken Suson, and Stell Ajero, dropped by in the latest episode of FYE Channel’s Pop Cinema and a very lucky fan, Alyzza Santiago had the rare opportunity to virtually bond with her idols.
Aside from simply chatting with them, hosts Bianca Gonzalez and MJ Felipe also gave her a chance to ask a question through the “What” game, wherein they would ask each other a question that starts with “What”. Thus, she asked the boys what makes them kilig.
Josh went first, as ordered by Alyzza, and he answered that it’s the mindset that makes him kilig and turns him on. She said, “’Yong mindset ang pinaka nagpapakilig sa akin. Kapag maganda ang mindset ng isang tao, parang nakikita mo na ang buong pagkatao niya.’Yon ang pinaka nakaka-turn on sa akin.”
Meanwhile, Justin jested that it’s either kamias or sinigang that thrills him. But seriously, he said that it is actually one’s understanding about certain things or matters that makes him go ‘aaaw’. He highly appreciates if someone really looks carefully into a certain situation or matter without being biased.
According to Stell, the butterflies in his stomach flutter whenever someone puts in and shows efforts despite him or her carrying much already because of his or her goals and wants in life. “Kung ‘yong taong ‘yon is kahit may pinapatunayan siya sa sarili niya tapos nakakapaglaan pa rin siya ng time and effort para sa’yo, ibig sabihin that’s the one,” he said.
Ken, on the other hand, gave a straight-to-the-point and short answer and said that what makes him kilig is anime.
Lastly, for Pablo, it is when someone shows much passion towards what he’s doing. Pablo explained that he is also motivated and hyped at the same time if he sees that someone is very much focused on what she does or is very much in the zone.
SB19 has been definitely making their way to the top as more and more people recognize them and admire their work, such as their latest single “What.” Their music video has already garnered a total of 7.7 million views on YouTube as of writing, with viewers giving them lots of compliments and words of appreciation on social media.
