Anne Curtis shared that priceless moment reuniting with It’s Showtime co-host Vice Ganda during the Unkabogable Star’s digital concert “Gandemic” in July.
In her interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda on The Best Talk, she said her appearance was “a lot of fun,” recalling that Vice didn’t want her to rehearse for her stint on his show, to present that sort of authenticity after not seeing each other in person for a year.
Anne related that her “knees were shaking…nangangatog talaga ako” as she performed onstage for the first time after her year-long hiatus. She admitted not being able to sing properly due to that long break, and without any preparation.
“One year nakapahinga ang voice ko kaya magandang maganda talaga,” Anne said sarcastically. “Hindi lang mailabas doon because I was nervous and I cried. So sayang talaga. Hindi ko nabigay ang best ko doon kasi nanginginig pa siya.”
Anne then told viewers that she really had her voice rested and watch for better performances in the future. “Wait for it. Talagang iba na siya ngayon, napakaganda.”
