Ahead of her much awaited comeback on It’s Showtime, Anne Curtis appeared on King of Talk Boy Abunda’s The Best Talk on Kumu to give details about her return after an over-a-year-long hiatus to focus on caring for her firstborn, Dahlia Amelie.
Part of this delightful conversation were those amusing, thought-provoking Fast Talk questions popularized by Tito Boy over the years. Watch the video to know what she chooses whether to eat or sleep, drink milk or wine, don swimwear or evening gowns, fight for true love or world peace, live in the Philippines or Australia, eat delicious steak or sleep soundly.
Tito Boy also quizzed Anne on what is the first thing she does when she wakes up, which she said was checking on Dahlia. And, she giddily revealed that the biggest thing she doesn’t want Dahlia to inherit from her was her “voice.”
Anne also gave advice to first-time moms like her to “trust your instincts,” adding that “(it is) because you would know what is best for your baby.” She also declared that “confidence” makes her sexy while admitting she is not good at “cooking.” She also answered “definitely” when asked if fatherhood made husband Erwan Heussaff sexier. Anne also said that after a long day, she would only long to see both Dahlia and Erwan.
But the most “important” question came up, which was the song Anne would sing during her comeback production number on It’s Showtime.
Anne said she was clueless on a particular song she would choose, saying she isn’t that familiar with the current popular hits. But she mentioned artists like “Taylor (Swift), Olivia (Rodrigo), and Dua (Lipa),” whose songs she could possibly perform in her grand return. We’ll just all look forward to Anne’s homecoming to the Madlang People to find out.
