Many have been missing the intense, soaring voice of Eumee Capile performing on stage. This is because the belter from Valenzuela City had since decided to move to the US.
Fans have been asking what made her choose to leave a fledging music career in the Philippines.
“Destiny,” she said in this video clip from KumuStar Ka.
Eumee stepped out of the spotlight for quite some time now and is now residing in Chicago, Illinois. “Hindi talaga planado ‘yung pagpunta ko dito. Siguro dinala lang talaga ako ng kapalaran ko dito.” she shared. Eumee believed it was the Lord’s will for her to start anew by finding better opportunities in another country.
“Feeling ko maraming pang binibigay sa akin na opportunity in the future si Lord kaya niya ako dinala dito sa States.” she shared.
Eumee first stepped into the limelight on as a semifinalist on Pilipinas Got Talent Season 4 in 2013 where she impressively showcased her powerful vocals. Eumee would then bring her superb singing and performance skills on the Tawag Ng Tanghalan stage on its maiden season from 2016 to 2017 on It’s Showtime, wowing the madlang people and hurados with a rightful place on the Huling Tapatan.
While Eumee seems seeking to further pursue a singing career in the US, her main reason was having to join her dear family in the US. We wish her the best of luck in her new journey!
