Judy Ann ikinuwento mensahe manonood YouTube channel

Aside from being one of the biggest names and greatest actresses in the local entertainment scene, Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo has also impressed us with her hosting chops that she’s able to exhibit in some Kapamilya programs through the years, such as her ongoing public affairs show Paano Kita Mapapasalamatan?, as well as in her official YouTube channel Judy Ann’s Kitchen.

In her recent interview with the King of Talk Boy Abunda in the latest episode of FYE Channel’s The Best Talk, she imparted that she and her family consider it as their pastime, wherein she gets to be herself and cooks whatever recipe she wants or comes up with. It has indeed been doing good as it has already raked in more than 1.55 million subscribers in the past four years that they’ve been doing it.

Thus, the 43-year-old actress-host has nothing but gratitude for everyone who has been supporting her and knowing that she’s able to inspire and help a lot of her viewers through the recipes that she shares, especially in this time of pandemic, as some of them were able to put up their own food business.

Nakaka-inspire, more than anything. Sinasabi nilang nai-inspire ko sila, but it’s them who inspires me more. Kasi parang may iba pa palang nagagawa ‘yong pagluluto ko apart doon sa recipe na binibigay ko. Napapa-happy ko pala ‘yong mga tao. Honestly, when I started Judy Ann’s Kitchen, it was really more of I wanted to do something na walang ibang nagdidikta sa akin kung ano ‘yong tama kong gawin,” she expressed.

As she takes on these new endeavors, Judy Ann credits her beloved husband of 12 years Ryan Agoncillo for being the one to encourage and relentlessly support her in everything that she wants to do.

Kaya lagi kong sinasabi na Ryan is my fire-starter ko siya sa lahat ng ideas na ginagawa namin kasi if it weren’t for him, I won’t be really able to take that risk kasi duwag ako sa ganyan. Parang for the longest time since I was eight, parang meron akong comfort zone talaga na puro camera, maraming staff, maraming crew, may writer, may director. Parang all of a sudden, gusto mo nang umalis muna sa bubble na ‘yon. I wanna know kung hanggang saan ang kaya kong responsibility. That’s why Judy Ann’s Kitchen and YouTube channel happened,” she divulged.

Another thing that warms her heart is every time someone would tell her that she has either awakened or rekindled their passion in cooking. Thus, she refuses to have her blunders edited out in order to show them that it’s really alright to commit mistakes, regardless if you are already adept to cooking or not yet.

As Tito Boy reiterated her statement earlier regarding her desire to escape from the shackles that have held her through the years as a movie and television star, Judy Ann further stated, “I’ve given a lot of myself already to so many people since I was a child and parang at some point, parang gusto ko lang magbigay ng konti sa sarili ko and fuel the passion, to grow, [and] to mature in different careers.”
