Oscar (Rowell Santiago) finally decides to bury Aubrey’s (Ryza Cenon) body in an empty space of land in the mountains. The Vendetta, including the family who sheltered them the previous night, witnessed the painful and heartbreaking moment.
Before laying his daughter to rest, Oscar embraced her lifeless body as tight as he could. He promised to put cowardice aside and keep fighting for justice instead.
After burying Aubrey’s body, the Vendetta talks about what happened in Sitio Sto. Nino. They are still clueless of the rebels’ intentions for putting the residents in captive. They decide that there is only one way of knowing the truth and that is going back to the place. They are also aware that their friends and all the residents need their help. There is no one else that could save everyone from the hands of the rebels except them.
Cardo (Coco Martin) knows that the rebels have more advantage than them. Tanggol (Joross Gamboa) and Baldo’s (Rommel Padilla) men are greater in number and more equipped with firearms and weapons. However, the Vendetta are preparing themselves to face and fight against the rebels despite the odds. They decide to go back to Sitio Sto. Nino as soon as possible to retrieve their weapons and save the residents.
While the Vendetta are plotting their plans of facing the rebels, Homer (Jhong Hilario) talks to Tanggol and Baldo. He asks what happened to their mission. The brothers assured him that everything went well except that they have encountered a group of men who tried to stop them. Homer asks about the group’s identity and gets surprised as Tanggol mentions Cardo’s name. Now that he knows the Vendetta are just a few steps away from his grasp, Homer joins Tanggol and Baldo in their mission to hunt Cardo and the Vendetta.
