Gone are the days when Cardo (Coco Martin) and the Vendetta face death-defying missions to protect the nation from malevolence while hiding as fugitives. Now that they have been hand-picked by President Oscar Hidalgo (Rowell Santiago) to comprise the ensemble of his special task force, the Vendettas witness a new chapter unfold in front of them.
Cardo and his former colleagues from the CIDG are back in action and they muster more determination than before. The civilian members of Vendetta are all looking forward to the rare opportunity tasked upon their shoulders but they know that their previous endeavors as a vigilante group, or as rebels in the mountains, will not be enough to prepare them in their new assignments.
The training spearheaded by Police Major Victor Basco (Raymart Santiago) include drills aiming to hone the recruits’ physical strength and mental alertness such as knife fighting, krav maga or contact combat, gun handling, and shooting exercises. Basco vows to transform the police academy into a learning environment that would help mold the President’s special delegations into their best shapes.
While the Vendetta's cluster of former police officers show sternness and good skills in the strenuous training, other members are seen with looks of terror and distress as they immerse themselves in the unfamiliar corners of the camp. Yet, the Vendetta keeps a strong grip unto their unwavering determination despite the challenges. After all, they are equipped with potentials and enough fire to surpass the police drilling.
To add more colors in their new lives as law enforcers, the Vendetta meets a group of gorgeous ladies at the camp. But, there are more to these women than their stunning facade as they display impressive power and competence in a tough world mostly dominated by males.
Meanwhile, as the Vendetta continues to gear up for their new posts in the police force, their enemies are slowly building an empire as well; hinting more intense clashes in the next days to come.
