She is definitely a femme fatale in the primetime series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano as she portrayed the fearless Diana T. Olegario, one of the leaders of the vigilante squad Vendetta who formerly worked as the Brigadier General of the National Military Intelligence Group (NMIG) and spearheaded the investigations of the alleged terrorist attacks organized by Pulang Araw.
And a few weeks ago, we began to see her bolder side as she took on the role of the 50-year-old Glory, who got into a relationship with the 20-year-old Niko, played by Tony Labrusca, in the digital movie “Glorious.” Online audiences were dumbfounded with how their chemistry magically worked on-screen and how they were able to pull off those mind-blowing risqué scenes.
But what really is the concern of most women is how Angel Aquino unbelievably maintained her gloriously gorgeous allure and youthful glow, knowing that she is already 45 years old and a mom to two grown-up ladies.
Going through her Instagram account, we can immediately say that she owes her svelte figure and flawless olive skin to regular workouts and eating healthy food. But her media interviews in the previous years revealed more simple tips that we can apply to ourselves to achieve the glowing beauty she still possesses.
Two years ago, she told PUSH that drinking plenty of water, exercising everyday, using moisturizers, and keeping a positive outlook in life are her “antidotes” against ageing.
The multi-award-winning actress reminded women in separate media interviews that in order to stay desirable at any age, they should learn how to take good care of and be optimistic about how they see themselves. Because for her, it really depends on us how we are going to handle aging.
However, more than these regimens, one of the most important beauty tips that we should not forget, as seen in her IG posts, is to simply enjoy life and strive to be happy with where you are and what you have at present.
Can’t get enough of Angel Aquino? You may catch her by watching “Glorious” on ABS-CBN’s new iWant streaming service and FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, weeknights after TV Patrol.
