By now, it is common knowledge that Sunshine Cruz has daughters. Their names are Angeline, Sam and Chesca. In fact, you have probably already seen because they do have a handful of photos together on Instagram alone. Yes, we swear these young ladies are her daughters and not sisters. If you are wondering why they all look practically like sisters, we might have the answer.
“’Pag bata ka, ang pananaw mo sa pag-ibig, makakahanap ka ng isang prinsipe and you will live happily ever after,” this was Sunshine perception of love when she was a teenager.
The topic was brought up during her interview on Magandang Buhay and momshie Karla Estrada could not help but add, “ako magpapatunay dyan”. It turns out, when they are around 15 years old, they would spend days just watching Snow White and Cinderella.
“Kaya pinagpalit ako kay Ruffa Gutierrez,” Sunshine jokingly reacted. In Karla’s defense, she would be promised plans but instead all they would do is watch cartoons indoors. “Kaya ‘yun na ‘yung kanyang love, happily ever after,” Karla finished.
In all seriousness, Sunshine stressed that she was serious about her previous obsession to cartoons. “Totoo ‘yun, hindi joke ‘yun,” she said referring to how often they spent watching Snow White and Cinderella. As a result, she did grow up expecting the fairytale love story.
Now that she is older, however, she has some new pieces of advice for her three daughters. “Ang pag-ibig hindi lamang sa love life, hindi lamang sa lalaki,” she stated. Since becoming a mother, Sunshine revealed that her entire life has revolved around her daughters. They are the inspiration behind everything she does. And it is this sort of love that must be her secret to looking as youthful as her daughters.
