As they’ve already spent a lot of time with one another inside their bubble, they’ve known for sure even just a bit about their co-stars in Mars Ravelo’s Darna. And we got that gauged in the September 15 episode of Hotspot as Viveika Ravanes and Joj Agpangan took on the “Who’s Who Challenge”.
In this game, they only had to name who among their fellow actors were being described by the phrases that the host DJ Jhai Ho had mentioned.
For “masandal tulog agad,” they revealed that it’s Gerard Acao, who plays Pancho Paras, as he could easily sleep anywhere and anytime. He, along with the other “carinderia peeps” are the “source of laughter sa cast,” but each members of the ensemble have their innate sense of humor.
Joj and Viveika then both agreed that Rio Locsin is the “early bird sa set” and the “pinakamabilis umiyak,” with Viveika confessing how astonished she was of the veteran actress in one of her dramatic scenes in Mars Ravelo’s Darna.
The cast ensemble is indeed blessed enough not just to have top-caliber co-actors, but generous as well. And they named Rio, Marvin Yap, and Dawn Chang as the “mahilig manlibre ng pagkain sa set”.
When it comes to the one who’s “in character agad-agad pagdating sa set,” both of them said that it would be Janella Salvador, even though they have not shared a scene with her. However, they both agreed that he instantly transforms into her characters Regina Vanguardia and Valentina, as soon as she’s done with her makeup. Joj is also amazed by how Janella absolutely embraces and prepares for her character.
With regards to whom they got intimidated at first, both of them answered Direk Chito Roño. For their co-actors who got them starstruck at first sight, Viveika disclosed that all of their co-stars got her amazed, but she would always feel so towards Joshua Garcia and Janella Salvador, who she got to work with in The Killer Bride. The same goes for Joj, who got stunned the most with Joshua.
