Noah is the son of Mayor Zaldy Vallesteros. He hopes to follow his father’s footsteps as a politician. His desire to become a politician like his dad is driven by his need to prove that he is a better man than his father in all aspects. Noah has anger management problem, and projects his frustrations onto other people, bullying them to establish his authority. Noah is Narda’s jilted suitor, and eventually will become an extra who will make Brian’s life miserable.
