“Anak ng panty!” We can’t get enough of Bingo and Caroline’s feel-good chemistry!

Dreamy – that’s how we envision fated encounters to look like. But Bingo (Donny Pangilinan) and Caroline (Belle Mariano) show us that it can be ridiculously chaotic too, making their story a whole lot more entertaining and relatable to the viewers. Here are 5 scenes that recount the beginning of their kilig tale in “Can’t Buy Me Love” compiled by Friday 5.

Their worlds intertwined when Caroline’s reckless driving caused a road mishap that put Bingo’s life in danger and cancelled his supposed pitching to a conglomerate. Later that night, they crossed paths anew at the engagement party of Caroline’s sister Bettina (Kaila Estrada) where she found him serving guests champagne. She walked toward him, finished all three glasses, and asked for more. He stood, frozen, so she thought he needed a good tip to get moving. But Bingo returned Caroline’s money and did as she said.

The scene flashed back to the road blunder that morning as Bingo catches the plate number on Caroline’s car. However, before he was able to confront the driver, they bumped into each other and he passed out.

In the next scene, he saved her from an attempted kidnapping after she jumped into the waters to escape her abductors. Imagine the chaos when she woke up in his house and started screaming for help. Lola Nene (Nova Villa) and Monching (Ketchup Eusebio) ran upstairs and found Caroline and Bingo in an awkward position in his room. Funny.

Since they crossed paths, Bingo has found himself in a new surge of problems dealing with Caroline, whose stoic personality makes her too difficult to read. Apart from that, she owes him money, which is why he couldn’t just disappear from her life. “Simula nung niligtas kita, nagpakialam na ako. At hanga’t hindi ka pa bayad sa akin, mangingialam ako,” he said when he found her sleeping in a hotel lobby. Now that makes things even more exciting!
