In terms of friendship, the old ones stay the best, they say. Tanggol (Coco Martin)'s ‘tropa’ is proof, tracing the foundations of their solid brotherhood to their little shenanigans as kids. They are basically some of the people who shaped him to be the person he is today.

He has Enteng (Jojit Lorenzo), Dolfo (Ryan Martin), Tanos (Marc “Big Mac” Andaya), Bulldog (Sugar Ray “Mammoth” Estroso), and Oweng (Renz “Baby Giant” Benzon). These people got his back, sticking around whether in good times or disastrous situations. Remember when they showered with pee just to help Tanggol earn Mokang (Lovi Poe)’s forgiveness? This team lives with an attitude of “one for all, all for one.”

Enteng is dependable in a lot of ways. When Tanggol needed a place for himself and street kids Tolits (Aaron “Yorme” Sunga) and Tala (Erin Espiritu), Enteng offered his house, however small. He is Tanggol’s go-to person for sage pieces of advice.

Oweng is the small but terrible member of the gang. What he lacks in height, he makes for fighting spirit and loyalty. If it weren’t for his ‘dikarte,’ the group wouldn’t discover JP (Dino Imperial)’s plan to take advantage of Mokang.

Tanos is the giant guy in the group. His plenty of brawn can provide Tanggol ‘resbak’ from his enemies, while his big heart can offer him comfort and support during difficult days.

Bulldog has loads of humor and is brave and wise. With a happy-go-lucky friend like him, life in Quiapo will never be boring.

If looking at their visuals, Dolfo might earn your vote. In case you didn’t know, the actor behind this character, Ryan, is Coco’s brother in real life. That explains their natural brotherly chemistry on screen.
