Clueless of the scandal that started to spread like wildfire the other night, Cai (Barbie Imperial) wakes up feeling better at her Lola Hilda (Rio Locsin)’s house until she checks out her phone and discovers that she’s become the internet’s trending topic due to cheating in the medical school entrance exam.
Maggie (Sunshine Cruz) storms to Hilda’s abode to confront her daughter. Still, the enraged mother put on her calm when Cai started sobbing. Maggie softens after hearing Cai’s apology and vows to help her fix the trouble.
However, Ian (Cris Villanueva) doesn’t have time for the drama and hints at his disappointment instead, almost close to swamping his own daughter with insults. He says he would no longer turn a blind eye to the young Veradona’s folly.
Ian talks with the school’s dean and requests that Cai be allowed to re-take the exam. Although the dean disapproves at first, Ian seems to manage to have things his way by using his social powers. He offers the other camp a good deal by providing more slots for the school’s graduates in the Buencorazon Hospital.
Meanwhile, Dodong (Yves Flores), the only one who has so much faith in Cai, pressures Tisay to help him fix the problem. She had qualms at first but eventually gives in to her brother’s request.
In the succeeding scenes, Dodong makes an effort to defend Cai from social media trolls. He gets a lesson from Jose (Keempee de Leon) about being the bigger person, whether on social media or in real life.
With Tisay’s permission, Ely (Tony Labrusca) goes to the Veradona mansion to comfort his friend. But instead of taking his pity, Cai simply pushes him away.
The people behind the cyber-attack are none other than Diana (Glydel Mercado) and Otep (Kiko Estrada). It turns out Otep was the anonymous caller who provided Cai answers in the exam. Diana reminds Otep to be careful in their next set of actions especially since Tisay is growing curious over the incident.
