Just like her character Dra. Margaret “Maggie” Buenacorazon-Veradona in the afternoon soap opera Bagong Umaga, Sunshine Cruz is also in a blissful and strong romantic relationship with her longtime boyfriend Macky Mathay in real life!
Her previous love story may have terribly ended, but that didn’t destroy her faith in love as she apparently sees a happily ever after in him since they just celebrated their fourth anniversary last September 19.
From the very first “Hi” that Macky sent to her via direct message four years ago, the couple has truly come a long way as they’ve been gracing our Instagram feeds with their sweet and lovely photos together and occasional poignant tributes about each other, such as when Sunshine greeted him on Father’s Day last June.
“My Macky! Happy Father’s Day! I don’t know if thanking you is enough for the love and support you’ve been giving not just to me and to your children, but to my three girls and our dogs as well. Mag-aapat na taon na!
