Rivalries are warming up in Bagong Umaga as the characters get entangled in a complicated love web. Tisay (Heaven Peralejo) stirs tension between Ely (Tony Labrusca) and Otep (Kiko Estrada) while Cai (Barbie Imperial) comes up with yet another drama to gain pity, and affection. Meanwhile, Dodong (Yves Flores) and Angge (Michelle Vito) console each other for going through the same romantic frustrations.

 

 

In the ‘May Something’ episode, viewers are treated to subtle ‘kilig’ as Tisay and Ely feel and deny the intense attraction between them. And in any budding romance, the resistance results in more butterflies. 

In “The Breaking Dawn,” the interactive show aired every commercial gap on Kapamilya Online Live, Tony and Heaven exchanged smiles when teased about their chemistry. Heaven would commend her love team partner. She said he makes the scenes a lot easier to pull off, thus they appear natural onscreen. Apart from the acting preparations, Tony braced for the “pa-abs” scenes as well by losing weight. 

They also noted that even the simplest scene is given a deeper execution, which they credit to their brilliant directors. Just like the viewers, they are also stunned, touched, and ‘kilig’ over the characters.

 

 

Hosting the gap show is Moi Bien, who had exciting revelations about the young stars. Calling them “kind” and “respectful,” she said the sextet is easy to get along with. “Sobra nilang saya kasama talaga tapos very generous ‘yung mga bata, mahilig manlibre,” she revealed. Moi also gushed over the boys’ effortless ability to make girls swoon on and off cam. She mentioned that Tony, Yves, and Kiko are ‘barkada’ material.     

Kiko and Michelle made it just in time for the last gap. They thanked the viewers for their continuous support and promised that there are more revelations and tension coming in the succeeding episodes. 

Last week’s episodes also revealed Otep’s ulterior motive for befriending Tisay’s group. It turns out that he is the adopted son and spawn of vengeance of Diana (Glydel Mercado), whose explosive comeback threatens to shake up their worlds.
