Dante (Rommel Padilla) decides to tag along with Minda (Mickey Ferriols) to an outreach program in Mindanao; and to visit Alex (Gerald Anderson) at the camp as well. The family drops by the public market to purchase ingredients for dinner.
In what seems like a work of fate, Minda encounters Yasmin (Irma Adlawan) at a chicken stall. She then hides her face when Alex enters the scene to check on his mom. Out of curiosity and gut feel, Yasmin follows Alex and Minda. Her anger becomes inflamed upon seeing Dante waiting for them, prompting her memories of the skirmish that took her husband and youngest son away from her.
Yasmin hides the information from Saal (Sid Lucero) despite Fatima (Nikki Valdez)’s persuasion to let her son know the truth. Yasmin says she plans to gather further knowledge about the enemy first. Besides, she doesn’t want to put Saal in trouble.
Yasmin continues tailing behind Dante and finds him, along with Minda and Alex’s group, doing volunteer works in a public elementary school. Seeing Dante happy stirs her bitterness. Yasmin fails to notice that aside from her, someone is also spying on the soldier.
Yasmin comes home to a furious Saal showing Dante’s surveillance photo. Saal lashes out at his mother for keeping a secret especially since they’ve long been waiting to seek revenge. Yasmin stresses that she is full of wrath as well but she wouldn’t allow her emotions to ruin everything they started. Yet, Saal dismisses his mother’s pleas. Apparently, Fatima made way to let Saal know the truth.
Saal stands by outside Dante and Minda’s hotel. He furiously fires at the target while riding his motorcycle. Dante and Minda are able to avoid the shot upon a security personnel’s quick warning.
