Driven by the desire for vengeance, Saal aka Abdul Waajid (Sid Lucero) continues to spy on Dante (Rommel Padilla), the soldier who killed his father in a skirmish. Saal listens to his wrath and forgoes Yasmin (Irma Adlawan)’s pleas to avoid violence. He shots Dante in front of the hotel he’s staying at in Mindanao; and then drives away. Fortunately, a security alerts Dante, so he managed to duck and save himself. Minda (Mickey Ferriols), on the other hand, is slightly wounded.
At the hospital, Alex (Gerald Anderson) eavesdrops on Dante’s conversation with his comrade. Dante thinks that the crime wasn’t just a random attack and that he was the assailant’s target. Alex becomes bothered by his father’s assumption.
The next day, Minda insists to attend the launching of her volunteer group’s project in an elementary school. Alex and the rest of the rest of the troopers guard the area. In the middle of the ceremonies, Alex and Jethro (Elmo Magalona) notice a suspicious-looking man in front of the school gates. Jethro commands Michael (Nash Aguas) and Gorio (Angelo Ilagan) to check on the man’s motives. The bystander says he simply got curious about the event; and then walks away. The activity successfully ends despite the threats. The city mayor thanks the guests for their support and feels sorry for last night’s shooting incident.
