The armed forces intensifies the war against a still unidentified terror group who initiated a bombing attack. They look for an IT expert who could help them track the rebels’ activities. They find someone apt to do the task. He is none other than Alex (Gerald Anderson), an IT expert and an adopted son of a military officer, Dante (Rommel Padilla).
Dante is not pleased upon learning that Alex volunteered to join the mission. But he eventually gives in through Minda (Mickey Ferriol)’s persuasion.
At the military camp, a trooper named Olan (Ketchup Eusebio) greets Alex’s group with warmth. Alex identifies Olan as the soldier who saved several children in the recent bombing attack. The uniformed men return Alex’s praises with humility.
The military intelligence mission soon begins. General Victor Mondejar (Ariel Rivera), Alex’s godfather, spearheads the meeting while Colonel Melicio Adriano (Raymond Bagatsing) discusses that the IT team must finish gathering information about the terror group’s online activities in two weeks’ time.
After the meeting, Victor approaches Alex and tells him that Dante requested to fortify his security, adding that Alex seems to be his father’s favorite child. Olan is both surprised and impressed to discover Alex’s military connections.
The scene cuts to Alex demonstrating his IT expertise to Olan’s group.
