Karen Reyes currently stars in the daytime action drama series “Asintado.” She plays the role of Emmy, the EMT colleague and close friend of Ana (Julia Montes).

Before joining “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4” six years ago, Karen was a simple teenager from Calapan, Oriental Mindoro. She was declared as the Second Big Placer next to Myrtle Sarrosa who was declared as the Big Winner. After being a teen housemate, she appeared in Kapamilya shows such as “Luv U,” “Moon of Desire,” “Be My Lady,” “Wansapanataym: Santi Cruz Is Coming To Town,” and “The Promise of Forever.” She has already appeared in six episodes of “Maalaala Mo Kaya” and in four episodes of “Ipaglaban Mo.” She was also one of the members of the Star Magic Angels.

Aside from being blessed in her career, she’s also very blessed in her love life. She’s currently the girlfriend of Raymund “Sarkie” Sarangay, the vocalist of Silent Sanctuary. In fact, she’s a very huge fan of the Pinoy band. Last April, after almost five years of being single, she finally shared on her Instagram account a photo with her boyfriend. In an interview, Karen admitted that during their courtship period of half a year, she didn’t expect their age gap to be that big. However, it didn’t matter because true love knows no age.
