ASAP homies had an all-star #FuntasticASAP party on November 21. World-class performers and artists came together on the grand ASAP Natin ‘To stage jamming to music that could transport you around the world.
Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid kicked it off with a rocking performance of “Runaway.” Young singing sensations Janine Berdin, Lara Maigue, and Sheena Belarmino made it an ultimate bash singing the party jam “Party in the USA.” Dancefloor Sweetheart Maymay Entrata joined on cue with her groovy moves.
Wearing glittering gold, Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla, Kim Chiu, Janine Gutierrez, and Nina unleashed their golden voices as they sang “Nobody.” Handsome singers Darren Espanto and Sam Concepcion also took the spotlight with their singing and rapping skills, performing “One Night in Bangkok.”
New Gen Dance Princess AC Bonifacio gave us a jaw-dropping dance number before Erik Santos and the iDolls trio Lucas Garcia, Matty Juniosa, and Enzo Almario wowed us with their singing of “Viva Las Vegas.”
Asia’s Soul Supreme KZ Tandingan offered a show-stopping performance when she went down singing Fergie’s “London Bridge.” Dancing hotties Joao Constancia and Edward Barber couldn’t help but move to the beat as well.
King of OPM Ogie Alcasid followed the festive mood with his rendition of “New York, Rio, Tokyo” before the whole ASAP family sang Gary Valenciano’s “Babalik Ka Rin” all together.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of musical genius Jonathan Manalo, the New Gen Birit Idols delivered a wonderful sing-off featuring his top hits. Sheena Belarmino performed the 2006 song “Beautiful Days” while Anthony Castillo serenaded us with “I Will Never Leave You.” Lara Maigue gave a heartwarming rendition of “Para Lang Sa ‘Yo” before Reiven Umali beautifully sang with “Pangarap Kong Pangarap Mo.” Janine Berdin finished fleeting musical fest belting the Kadenang Ginto theme song “Nasa Puso.”
Ultimate concert trio Sam Concepcion, Asia’s Pop Heartthrob Darren and Mr. Pure Energy Gary V had a heated showdown with their stellar voices and suave moves performing “Turn Up the Music.”
Also giving us a triple treat were Moira dela Torre and singing divas Regine and Zsa Zsa with a collab performance. The three sang a medley of The Carpenters’ songs “Rainy Days and Mondays,” “You’re The One,” and “I Won’t Last a Day Without You.”
Dance royalties turned P-Pop solo artists AC and Maymay gave a live treat of their latest singles. AC shined through and through as she performed “Fool No Mo” while Maymay brought fire to the stage for her performance of “Amakabogera.”
Top talents of Star Magic followed the fiery performance with their version of “Elephant Love Medley.”
Asia’s Soul Supreme KZ also celebrated the milestone, going international with her ASAP family. The renowned artist performed her new globally released single, “11:59.”
The country’s finest singers Darren, Morissette, Erik, KZ, Nina, Ogie, Zsa Zsa, Jason Dy, Regine, and Jed Madela closed the fantastic afternoon with phenomenal duets in The Greatest Showdown.
