As their throngs of loyal fans have been patiently waiting for the highly-anticipated launching of their visual podcast “The Four Bad Boys And Me” on August 27, the fast-rising team-up of Pinoy Big Brother Otso Teens graduates Kaori Oinuma and Rhys Miguel already delivered kilig vibes in their virtual appearance on iWant ASAP last Sunday, August 2.
From making the butterflies in our stomachs aflutter when Rhys surprised Kaori with a wonderful surprise gift hours prior to her birthday last July 22 during their stint together in the ABS-CBN Films’ Rise Artist Studio’s online show Rise Here Right Now.
They did their production number separately since they are currently miles away from each other – with Rhys in the US and Kaori in Nueva Ecija. The distance and time zones, however, did not hinder them from thrilling us with their dance cover of the LSS-inducing hits “Bagay Tayo” by hip-hop group ALLMO$T and “Pauwi Na ‘Ko” by O.C. Dawgs ft. Yuri Dope and Flow G.
Besides, despite filming it in two different spots of their respective homes – with Kaori flexing her moves within the premises of their house while Rhys in one of the rooms of their humble abode – they still made sure to rock in identical denim jackets and be in sync with each other’s moves.
Based on the Wattpad novel of the same title written by Tina Lata, “The Four Bad Boys And Me” is the inaugural digital project of the ABS-CBN film outfit Star Cinema and is the first instalment of the “Listen 2 Love” podcast anthology, or what they call as a ‘love cast’ series. Helming it is Direk Joel Ferrer and joining KaoRhys in the cast line up are Jeremiah Lisbo, Karina Bautista, Aljon Mendoza, Chie Filomeno, Alora Sasam, Jenny Jamora, and Maymay Entrata in a special role.
