There’s no other way to go but up for all-boy group SB19, who made the quarantine period productive by creating more music. Justin shared that they spent most days producing online content, or doing trending dance challenges. Josh mentioned that Justin took on the viral “Binibining Marikit” dance craze. Justin added that he’s currently listening to “Ayaw” by Syd Hartha.
The bunch is thankful to their fans – collectively known as A’TIN – for always making all their projects a huge success. Stell called their supporters as blessings, for what they’re able to achieve wouldn’t be possible without them.
The group acknowledges that they have fans wishing to follow their footsteps and as advice to these dreamers, Sejun said, “Never stop believing in yourself. Trust the process. Kung may gusto ka talagang gawin sa buhay na talagang sa tingin mo ikasasaya mo, huwag mong sukuan. Gawin mo lang lahat ng makakaya mo and in time, makakamit ma ‘yun o magiging successful ka sa gusto mong mangyari.”
A netizen asked the boys about their ultimate boredom reliever. According to Stell, they go for random pick-me-up activities like fun games courtesy of Justin, or sometimes Sejun would bring up a potential hit song. Ken also revealed that a lot of DIY photoshoots happened during the quarantine.
Asked to compare themselves with a tourist spot, Josh went for Boracay because it is unique and a place that Filipinos could be proud of. Stell picked the historical Rizal Park, “para laging binabalik-balikan.” Sejun said he doesn’t travel a lot, so he answered, “sa bahay namin kasi kahit maliit feel-at-home at saka masarap magluto Nanay ko, so matutuwa sila.” Justin chose the picturesque Palawan, “kasi maraming islands na iba’t ibang klase parang kaming SB19 iba-iba rin po kami pero counted kami as one and nagbibigay kami ng name sa Philippines.” Lastly, Ken thought of the Chocolate Hills, saying, “moreno po kasi ako.”
