Regine Velasquez describes different scenarios using her songs!

With her wide collection of tracks, there seems to be a Regine Velasquez song perfect to describe any scenario. In this fun game, the Asia’s Songbird describes a given situations using any of her singles.

Food is served late? Regine would belt out “Istorya.” Talking about this piece, which is a cover of a song by The Juans, she said it came as a suggestion from her sister Dianne, though she wasn’t paying attention at first.

She recalled, “One time, we’re looking for a song and then I heard that song, she made me hear it again. I fell in love with it and I sang it for the first time on ASAP Natin ‘To. I sang it again with my concert with Ate Sharon sa Araneta. Boss Vic heard it and he said, ‘Record mo ‘yan. Gusto ko ‘yan!’”

Regine went for “Urong-Sulong” to relate heavy traffic. She would sing “Araw-Gabi” in case she’s overeaten and “Istorya” again if she left her phone at home.

Regine promises fans a repertoire different from her past concerts along with a surprise guest who will join her for the very first time on stage this Sunday (February 28).
