Kapamilya stars answer: If your life was a movie, what title would best fit?

They say life isn’t like the movies. But, there are parts of our journey that can make for a good screenplay. We asked your favorite Kapamilya stars to give their life a fitting title if it was a film, and here are the answers.

Some went for “Roller Coaster” because life is full of highs and lows. Former PBB housemate and Connected star Amanda Zamora said, “My life has many ups and downs but overall I’m enjoying the experience. When you’re in a roller coaster, the emotions change really fast. But at the end of the day, it’s an experience you treasure.”

Same goes for Ralph Malibunas. Love In 40 Days lead actress Loisa Andalio would also call her biopic either “Roller Coaster” or “Enjoying Life.”

Ronnie Alonte would borrow the title of the horror film “Feng Shui” which is about trying to attract good luck. And while his success is brought about by hard work and not just pure luck, a lot of it was unexpected.

For Janine Berdin and Angela Ken, their respective self-written songs “The Side Character” and “Ako Naman Muna” would be the perfect title, and also soundtrack, for their biography.

Andi Abaya thought “Escaping the Comfort Zone” reflects her journey’s central theme. “All my life up to when I entered showbiz, I’ve always been shy. I’ve always been limiting myself. I wouldn’t be as adventurous as I am now. Because lagi akong nasa loob ng comfort zone ko, maraming opportunities that I missed out on. So, binabawi ko lahat ng ‘yon. Ngayon, I would step out of my comfort zone. I would really push myself to stay confident and believe in myself para mabawi ‘yung mga hindi ko na-achieve before,” explained the 20-year-old actress.

She said her focus now is working on her dreams, which wouldn't be possible if she remains in a familiar place, “You wouldn’t be able to do that if you’re going to limit yourself, if you’re not going to explore the world around you, and if you’re just going to stay in your comfort zone.”

In the same vein, her loveteam partner Kobie Brown wishes to explore more, thus “The Adventure” as his life’s title. “I love to try new things. I love going on little new adventures kahit it’s just trying new food and doing something I’ve never done before.”

For Richard Juan, “One Hundred Percent” sums up his aspiration to always give his best in anything he does, “That’s what will lead you to greater things and that’s what I’ve been working on. I hope that I can conclusively say that I went one hundred percent in everything I do.”

Chico Alicaya plans to adopt the title of classic Hollywood movie “Notting Hill.” Not only was it his favorite film, but he also wishes to be as lucky as Hugh Grant’s character, William Thacker, who meets a famous actress on a typical day.

Krystal Brimner came up with “Patience is a Virtue.”
