Every time we step into a brand-new year, it’s arguably part of our new year’s resolution to take good care more of our health and get fit. However, some of us find it difficult to be consistent in achieving that goal, or even begin our fitness journey due to our personal excuses and lack of motivation.

Even though she’s already mom, there’s definitely no stopping the It’s Showtime host from continuing the things she loves to do before Baby Dahlia came into her and husband Erwan Heusaff’s lives. In fact, Anne capped off 2022 by going on a hike with them in the lush countryside of Australia and kicked off 2023 by going back to long distance running, which she wasn’t able to do for three years.
Aside from stunning us with her gorgeous photos, the Flower of Evil leading lady also gives us a glimpse of her workout routines that help her maintain her sexy bod, which include gym exercises and pilates. And this year, Lovi began her Muay Thai grind, which is probably part of her preparations for her upcoming ABS-CBN teleserye FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
Despite having a busy year last 2022, the Kim was still able to amazingly squeeze into her schedule one of her most favorite leisure activities – running. Besides, she even joined a duathlon event anew, wherein she’s able to cover six and three kilometers of running and 26km of biking.
And the Chinita Princess enthusiastically documented her progress and achievements by posting carousels of photos on Instagram attached with lengthy captions. Aside from these strenuous activities, Kim also does pilates.
For mommies and titas out there who are still hesitant to start their fitness journey in fear of being judged by others, then you may take it from Dimples, who’s never afraid to try out new things for the first time and to go out of her comfort zone.
Last year, despite her hectic schedule because of the series of projects she had to do and of her mommy duties to her two boys Alonzo and Elio, the The Iron Heart actress had the chance to try out Muay Thai, tennis, and even dancing.
Apart from working out, the Asia’s Superstar has found another way to keep her svelte figure – by turning to sports! In 2022, Kathryn found herself falling in love with badminton and tennis, which she usually plays with her besties and fellow March babies Alora Sasam and Ria Atayde.
“Nothing will work unless you do.” That was what Alexa captioned her first IG reel for 2023, in which she was seen hitting the gym and doing several exercises as instructed by her fitness coach. While she apparently by herself that time, she actually had a few trips there with her loveteam partner-slash-workout buddy KD Estrada based on her posts last year, which, according to her, was nice because there’s someone to push and encourage her when she feels like passing out already.
And whenever she cannot go to the gym, Alexa has a treadmill at home, so she has no more excuses.
While there are preggos who are hesitant to move around a lot and do strenuous activities, Iza is able to prove that it’s definitely okay as long as you get your ob-gyne’s go signal. She imparted on social media how important it is to stay fit and active when pregnant.
Iza’s trainer even advised, “exercise can help you stay in shape and prepare for labor and delivery.”
Ever wonder how Heaven is able to achieve and maintain her beautiful figure? It’s because she does a variety of activities! Heaven works out either at the gym with the guidance of her fitness coach or at home using her cute and colorful equipment. She also plays tennis whenever her schedule permits and even goes surfing sometimes.
Jane has been so proud of flexing her toned physique on social media, which never fail to garner thousands of ‘likes’. Just in case you want to achieve Jane’s beautiful form, you may have to push yourself a little to regularly work out at home and occasionally go on hikes.
As someone who loves exercising a lot, Denise indeed feel blessed that her Flower of Evil castmates love working out, too! In one of her IG posts, she revealed that boxing helped her stay active during their lock-in tapings for the said series. And the icing on the cake? She was trained by the coach of her co-star Piolo Pascual.
