Kapamilya Snaps: Nostalgic ABS-CBN TV show cast reunions we’ve seen through the years

As they used to see each other almost every day for months as they work on a project together, it’s arguably inevitable for actors to develop a special bond with their colleagues. While some only became “taping friends,” there are others who have remained close and become friends for real even beyond the television program they worked on.

Just like the groups of celebrities in this Kapamilya Snaps feature, who delighted us with their lovely, nostalgic get-togethers in the recent years. Read on to find out who they are!

Even after starring in the 2010 remake of the classic Emil Cruz Jr. soap opera Mara Clara, lead stars Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Montes, and Dimples Romana have remained close to each other.

And just last August, Dimples posted two photos of their mini reunion on Instagram, as well as a cute reel that she captioned: “Unfiltered fun, conversations, beauty and reel (laughing emoji) best served over wine, sashimi, cheese and chocolates by a sisterhood everyone must have in a lifetime.”

It can be recalled that Dimples played Alvira del Valle, the foster mom of Julia’s Clara and the biological mother of Kathryn’s Mara.

Her mom, Min Bernardo, shared a clip and few photos of the intimate gathering that she captioned: “A happy reunion with the Super Inggo casts… the kids(casts) were not complete but still the moms and dads were all present.”

The leading men of Pasion de Amor and Los Bastardos did a little catch up

Seven years after heating up our afternoons, Pasion De Amor leading men Jake Cuenca, Joseph Marco, and Ejay Falcon finally had some catching up recently. Ejay, who now serves as the vice governor of Oriental Mindoro, posted two pictures of them at what seemed to be a restaurant and wrote in the caption: “Mahaba habang panahon hindi nagkita kita kaya naman napakahaba ng pinag uusapan namin, personal na buhay, artista at usaping paglilingkod sa bayan. OG Goin’ Bulilit stars thrilled us when they got reunited over dinner and at a wedding

The long-running kiddie gag show Goin Bulilit may have produced countless stars, but we can all agree that the pioneer cast members will definitely always have a special place in the hearts of its adoring fans.

In 2019, Kathryn Bernardo, Sharlene San Pedro, Igi Boy Flores, Kristel Fulgar, John Manalo, and Miles Ocampo apparently bonded over food as they had dinner together. The following year, John, Igi Boy, Miles, CJ Navato, and Alfred Labatos were present at the wedding of their fellow bulilit Carl John Barrameda. Indeed, seeing them reunite as adults truly brings back memories, right?

Although the cast parted ways after the finale and treaded on different paths, they were able to reunite on and off camera in the previous years, such as in Patrick’s wedding with non-showbiz wife Nikka in 2015, which was attended by Kaye, Jodi, and Paula.
