A lot has taken place last March, such as the annual celebration of the International Women’s Month, the official beginning of the hot and dry season (or summer) here in the Philippines, and the staging of the first-ever Star Magical Prom. And it seems that some of our favorite Kapamilya celebrities also had several ganaps of their last month, too, which they generously shared on Instagram.

Lovi Poe poked fun at Mokang’s birthday banner

From time to time, Lovi has been sharing some behind-the-scenes contents from the set of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo. She truly astounded us when she exhibited her skills in doing fight scenes through a raw video she posted on IG. A few days later, she had us laughing at the photo she posted showing the tarpaulin banner prop for her character Mokang’s much-awaited birthday celebration, which actually looked like as if it’s for her funeral.

Janine Gutierrez ‘fangirled’ over Harry Styles with siblings

Photos of several celebrities attending the “Love On Tour Concert” of Harry Styles held at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan last March 14. And among them is Janine Gutierrez, who came with her siblings Diego, Max, and Jessica, as well as Diego’s non-showbiz girlfriend Bea San Jose. 

She then went on to attend the fashion show of the local clothing brand that both she and her Dirty Linen co-star Francine Diaz are endorsing, and delighted us with a couple of dressing room selfies she took with her Ma’am Chiara Fierro.

Anne Curtis successfully accomplished her mission at the Tokyo Marathon

The It’s Showtime mainstay had a pretty busy March 2023. She started it off by going to Japan with her husband Erwan Heussaff and their unica hija Dahlia as she joined the Tokyo Marathon last March 5. She was able to hit two birds with one stone in that feat as she wasn’t only able to fulfill her personal goal of finishing the marathon, but she was also able to raise funds for one of the causes she’s been supporting.

In one of the reels she posted documenting her run, she disclosed that she was able to raise over PHP 2.1 million for UNICEF Philippines through the donations she received, mostly from her funding page.

Sue Ramirez revealed her “The Iron Heart” character’s new hairstyle

What a good way to celebrate Women’s Month than sharing some of your gorgeous shots, right? Just like what Sue did as she began March 2023 by sharing her sultry glam shots to promote women empowerment. Besides, she also teased us with photos of her with a blonde crowning glory, which is actually the new hairstyle of her The Iron Heart character Venus.

Dimples Romana greeted Kathryn Bernardo on her birthday

Dimples also had a pretty hectic March 2023 both at home and at work as she juggles her mommy duties to her two little boys Alonzo and Elio and her responsibilities as an actress in The Iron Heart and a celebrity endorser. However, despite her busyness, we really find it awesome that she’s able to maintain her youthful glow and ageless beauty – as seen in the photos of herself that she shared on IG last month that garnered thousands of ‘likes.’

Amidst her busy schedule, she made sure to still find time for fun by going on a “momma date” with her co-star Sofia Andres. She also didn’t forget to pay tribute to one of her closest showbiz friends and Mara Clara co-actress Kathryn Bernando, who recently celebrated her 27th birthday.

Joshua Garcia gave us glimpses of his tour around Italy

Apparently, Joshua was out of the country almost the entire March. As we all know, he was part of the “G! Kapamilya” World Tour alongside his real-life barkada Zanjoe Marudo, Kathryn Bernardo, and Daniel Padilla. And he made sure to make the most out of that trip by roaming around the picturesque Rome, Italy.

And speaking of Zanjoe, it seems that the Dirty Linen lead actor truly enjoyed the “G! Kapamilya” Tour because aside from doing it with his friends, he was also able to spend some quality time with his beloved girlfriend Ria Atayde, who also joined them during that trip. They went on a lunch date and explored a commune in Lodi, Italy named “Marudo.”

Nadine Lustre delighted fans as she *finally* launched her own YouTube channel

Being one of the most popular and most influential celebrities in the country, a lot of her fans have been yearning for her to launch her own YouTube channel -- which she finally did last month. And amazingly, Nadine able to quickly gain her first 100,000 subscribers within a week, which she marked by posting a cute throwback snap of herself.

And recently, she further made our days hotter when posted photos of her “charging” by the beach with her boyfriend Christophe Bariou. 

Bela Padilla got reunited with her AngBeKi sissies

After travelling to different countries in the previous months or year for leisure or work, Bela is currently in the Philippines for the promotion and release of her new movie “Yung Libro Sa Napanood Ko,” which is among the entries to the 2023 Summer Metro Manila Film Festival.

Of course, her visits here wouldn’t be complete without reuniting with her “AngBeKi” besties Angelica Panganiban and Kim Chiu. She even enthusiastically played the fun “Would You Rather” game with them, as seen in the Chinita Princess’ latest vlog.

Jessy Mendiola shared her small wins as a mommy

She may be already a mom now and hands-on one to Baby Rosie, yet she makes sure to still have time for herself and her other pursuits. Her first post for March was a carousel of photos signifying her “small wins”, which includes getting herself a new bag, reminding herself “you can,” starting a business venture with one of her friends, bonding with her “other baby”, seeing her little one “do tummy time at two months.”

In one of her posts, she reminded other mommies like her to not feel guilty in pampering themselves. She wrote: “It’s okay to take a breather once in a while. I know how hard it gets but I just want to let you know that you are doing great. Please do not forget to take care of yourself because you are important, too. Kahit ano pa yang magpapasaya sayo, deserve mo yan.”

Andi Eigenmann hits the cover of a prominent local fashion magazine

Another inspiring and alluring momma is Andi, who recently mesmerized us with a series of snaps from her photoshoots taken at her current home the gorgeous island of Siargao. One of them was captured in 2019 near the Siargao Cloud 9 Tower before it was destroyed by Typhoon Odette, while the others are from her glamshoots for a prominent local fashion magazine since she’s their cover girl for the month of April!

She also proudly shared that aside from surfing, her daughter Lilo has also been inclined to gymnastics as she has started taking up classes, too. 

Chie Filomeno was over the moon to see BLACKPINK again 

Just like the other Filo Blinks, attending the concert of the phenomenal Korean girl group BLACKPINK here in the Philippines is the highlight of Chie’s March. She imparted how she almost missed it since she had work in Albay that day, but as if struck of fate, she was able to make it to the Philippine Arena.

She wrote in caption of her post, “Finally after 4 years I get to see my girls!! Alam niyo na kung ano song yung paulit ulit kong pinakikinggan! Tally just hits so different, had to sing with them talaga hahaha!! Muntik na ako umiyak sa Tally!!!”
