Ex-housemates PBB memories

Like a true home with many memories, every corner of the Pinoy Big Brother house has brought the housemates something to reminisce about. While we can’t wait for the ‘pambansang’ reality show’s Season 10, here’s a quick trip down memory lane as PBB Otso housemates together with Season 7’s Heaven Peralejo look back on their Perfect 10 memories inside Kuya’s house!

We all heard this kind of statement in the past. Just looking at the housemates’ reaction the moment they step in the yellow house, we can already tell how surreal it feels.

And that beginning brought her to a spot in showbiz, plus successful He’s Into Her and “The Four Bad Boys and Me” stints together with housemate, now love team partner Rhys Miguel.

Andre Brouillette had the same thing in mind, “Entering the house for the first time on stage, in front of everybody!”

Evictions will always be a dreaded moment for the housemates. But for Fumiya Sankai, it can also fuel bittersweet memories, especially the night when his ‘spiritual brother’ Yamyam Gucong was evicted. The birth of their unexpected friendship and Team LAYF (with Lou Yanong and Andre) also melts Yamyam, who later on emerged as the PBB Otso Ultimate Big Winner.

We all have favorite spots in the house. For Aljon Mendoza, it’s the pool where a lot could happen especially fun times. “Sobrang pangarap ko kasi maligo sa pool sa Bahay Ni Kuya dati.

The outside world can be so loud that Karina Bautista misses the peace and quiet of Big Brother’s ‘no cell phone’ rule. Also her Perfect 10 memories are taking on the challenges and chatting with Kuya in the confession room. Aww. We miss Kuya’s voice, too!

Tan Roncal will never forget his incredible feat of making it to his batch’s Big Four. “Grabe! Ang saya saya ko that moment. Kahit pagod na pagod ako, parang nawala ‘yung pagod ko.” The announcement is likewise a night to remember for Ashley Del Mundo, who also secured her spot in the Big Four.

Food can spark good old memories, they say. Rhys could relate to that, “Kung anu-anong ginagawa kong ulam diyan tapos super madaming chips.”

For Heaven, who carried the moniker “Mommy’s Angel ng Makati,” the 100-second reunion with her mom was the most unforgettable moment during the stay. “Kasi ang tagal na naming hindi nagkita nun, eh. It taught me to appreciate the little things.”
