Find out these Kapamilya stars’ survival tool in case stranded on a deserted island

The Philippines has 7,107 islands (and 500 more newly discovered and still unexplored according to studies). That’s why an island adventure is always part of Pinoys’ travel bucket list. But, what if you get trapped on a deserted island, what’s that one thing you’d bring with you in that adventure of a lifetime? We asked the same question to your favorite Kapamilya stars and here are the answers!

Marooned on a secluded isle, Barbie Imperial and Albie Casino will turn their survival instinct on. They’d carry a satellite phone with them so they can dial rescue. AC Bonifacio is determined to stay in touch with her phone as well because her whole life is on that small device, “Bahala na ang food at water, phone muna!”

To be updated with the outside world and keep herself entertained, Janine Gutierrez would make sure she has her mobile phone with her, “’Yung may signal at may load kasi wala  na akong magagawa doon. At least, kung may cellphone ako matatawagan ko ‘yung pamilya ko, mga kaibigan ko at saka makakapag-internet ako.” Really, we can’t imagine life without internet, right?

Kate Alejandrino knows there’d be too much sun out there, so she’d bring sunscreen. Well, take it easy and maybe enjoy your time than panic.

Heaven Peralejo would keep the versatile knife handy at her disposal, “Para at least makakuha ako ng pagkain kasi kailangan ko mag-survive.”

Food is essential for survival that’s why in dire situations, Rita Avila would bring “isang sakong monay.”  Paulo Angeles will try to enjoy the heat by eating dessert, preferably ice cream.

While she’s surrounded by water, Sheryn Regis would rather drink purified than saline water, that’s why her choice of an island survival tool is “tubig na isang galon.” She said, “Kasi baka mauhaw ako. Mas okay na ‘yung tubig kesa tubig-dagat.”

Summer is here! While we can’t enjoy the outdoors yet, maybe an island paradise adventure would sound fun after this pandemic. Just be sure to pack the right tools.
