Cristine Reyes’ career highlights as a Kapamilya actress

After over a decade in show business, Cristine Reyes has become known as a sexy actress. Although, she has also taken on projects that prove she can do more than sultry roles. So, to celebrate her success as a woman in the entertainment industry, we revisited some of the highlights of her career, so far.

Cristine started off her journey in a different television network, but eventually transferred to ABS-CBN back in 2008. Her early works include Kahit Isang Saglit which was led by Jericho Rosales. There is Eva Fonda where she portrayed the lead character, Eva.

The actress also appeared in multiple Precious Hearts Romances series namely Los Bastardos, Kristine, My Cheating Heart, and The Bud Brothers. But it was in 2011 when she gained recognition after her performance in the box office hit movie “No Other Woman”. Alongside Derek Ramsey and Anne Curtis, this romantic drama earned Php278 million.

Aside from these projects, Cristine continued to star in television series like the 2013 family drama Honesto. In 2016, she joined the cast of Tubig ang Langis which became known for intense confrontation scenes. Her most recent role was the kontrabida in the teleserye Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit.

As for the big screens, the Kapamilya leading lady played characters in comedies like “The Reunion” from 2012 as well as the Vice Ganda Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy” from 2013. She was also part of the 2017 film “Seven Sundays”.

Her stunning physique is definitely one of her strengths, but Cristine Reyes is a truly talented actress. Not only that, she is a proud hands-on mom when she is not busy shooting scenes.
