Filipinos feel the Christmas spirit with the presence of the merriest season’s different traditions, from giving gifts and singing Christmas carols to putting up Christmas trees with decorations all over. And just like all of us, our Kapamilya stars also love to herald the Yuletide celebration, with the most awesome, breathtaking, and wonderful Christmas trees in their abodes. Let’s all see the grandiose Christmas trees they have set up for this year’s festivities in this Kapamilya Snaps video.

Kathryn Bernardo created a vlog sharing to her followers how she set up her seven-year-old Christmas tree that seems brand new with her red and white polar bear themed decorations. The Queen Of Hearts once again collaborated with event stylist Gideon Hermosa in designing her Christmas tree this year. "For this year, I wanted something different because apparently never kami nagre-red. Parang parati kaming blue kasi gusto ko parating mukhang malamig. Or kung naman hindi kami mag-Christmas tree, nasa ibang bansa kami. So feeling ko nag-red ako as in sobrang bata pa 'ko," Kathryn said in her vlog.

Just like Kathryn, Bea Alonzo also opted to ask help from Gideon in decorating and transforming the look of her Christmas tree this year. You can see on Bea’s vlog as well how they decorated her Christmas tree which was inspired by the Rockefeller Center in New York. "Sabi ko nga kay Gideon, I want a traditional American Christmas tree, 'yung parang nakikita mo sa Rockefeller Center in the States. Because I cannot travel, sabi ko dalhin natin ang Rockefeller dito sa bahay," Bea said in the vlog.

It has always been an annual family tradition for Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Senator Kiko Pangilinan to set up and decorate their Christmas tree as a family and play Christmas songs as well ever since their children Frankie, Miel, and Miguel were younger. “Si Miguel ang 'in charge' sa pagkabit ng Star of Bethlehem sa tuktok kaya may ladder sa tabi,” Sen. Kiko said in an Instagram post. They would also have their family picture taken beside the Christmas tree every year.

In one of Maja Salvador’s Instagram posts, you can see how festive her house looks with the Christmas decorations she has set up including her Christmas tree, her Christmas stuffed toys, and her red poinsettias. You can definitely feel the Christmas season just by looking at the Christmas decors inside Maja’s house. Her Christmas tree looked more festive with its big gold ornaments with a sprinkling of red.

Just like last year, Chinita Princess Kim Chiu herself decorated and transformed her five-year-old 12-foot Christmas tree which had red and white as the color motif which symbolize "joy" and "hope", considering all the challenges and adversities that this year brought in her life. "It is a bit different this year dahil siyempre, pandemic, so hindi muna ako bumili ng mga Christmas decors and i-recycle ko na lang 'yung mga Christmas decors ko through the years. Pagtatagpi-tagpiin ko sila, pagsasama-samahin ko sila. So let's see kung ano 'yung magiging itsura niya," Kim said in her vlog.

Kim’s partner, Xian Lim finally decided to set up and decorate his first-ever Christmas tree. He did not deny in his vlog that this is the first time that he gets to decorate his own Christmas tree. “... For this year, I decided na for the first time in my whole existence dito sa mundo ay magkakaroon ako ng Christmas tree. I swear, this is the first time I will have my own tree," he said in his vlog.

Meanwhile, comedienne-host Alex Gonzaga also got their family’s modern Christmas tree, which is designed with soft pink, gold, and blue ornaments sitting perfectly in her home.

Mica Javier and hubby Jay R set up their first Christmas tree as a married couple. In the month when Filipino Christmastime starts, the couple actually assembled their tree in September.

Dawn Chang wanted to spread some good vibes in 2020 by bringing some holiday spirit inside her home. Her Christmas tree is especially merry-looking with reindeer and snowmen stuffed toys. It looked even more cheerful with its color motif which is red. She took her followers with her when she went shopping for the Christmas decorations and ornaments she put in her home.

Magandang Buhay host Karla Estrada has a unique theme for her Christmas tree, which was designed with pink decorations and ornaments including all-pink Christmas balls in different shades and textures. The base is surrounded by white circle gift boxes.

Her fellow Magandang Buhay momshie Jolina Magdangal planned to have a simple tree with just Christmas lights as decoration. But her son Pele wanted something more special and added more ornaments himself. The singer shared in her Facebook post that she and her husband Mark Escueta would usually be satisfied with a simple Christmas tree adorned with flashing Christmas lights as design. But Pele wanted to decorate it more with Christmas balls and Santa Claus decors.

Bianca Gonzalez has an elegant white tree with gold Christmas balls, leaves, and snowflakes. The Pinoy Big Brother Connect host shared on Instagram in October that it was actually her daughter Lucia who asked if they could already set up their Christmas tree.

Iza Calzado also has a very elegant green Christmas tree beautifully decked in yellow lights and all white ornaments. “One thing I’ve realized this year is the importance of relationships — of spending quality time with loved ones and being there for each other, even the people we don’t personally know, in every possible way. Truly, this year has been a perfect opportunity for all of us to be a bringer of light into our dark times,” the Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin actress said in her Facebook post.

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach chose a classic Christmas tree for her home. It is green with red and blue decorations. The beauty queen actually moved to London to celebrate the holidays with her partner, Jeremy Jauncey. Pia was the one who decorated their Christmas tree and was also captured by Jeremy singing a Christmas song.

Last but most definitely not the least, Liza Soberano also got to decorate her family’s Christmas tree at home with brilliant and vivid decorations and ornaments as she went with a more traditional tree with red décor and then wrapped in an organza ribbon.
