More than a month after the much-awaited grand launch of their debut single “Born To Win”, which was virtually attended by their beloved fans fondly called as “Blooms,” Filipina girl group BINI once again delighted us with their sparky and funny reactions to their latest music video in the latest vlog uploaded in their official YouTube channel.
The eight lovely and talented ladies, comprised of Aiah Arceta, Colet Vergara, Maloi Ricalde, Sheena Catacutan, Gwen Apuli, Stacey Sevilleja, Mikha Lim, and leader Jhoanna Robles, couldn’t help but be still as exhilarated as the first time they saw it during the launch. They enthusiastically commented on almost every scene and animatedly expressed their admiration towards their fellow members (and even to themselves!), certainly much to the delight of their beloved Blooms.
On the post-credit scene, Jhoanna recalled that they were told to imagine that were looking at food and Stacey added that they actually saw a rainbow afterwards instead. Colet went on to remark “Grabe, solid!”, while Maloi described it as “Galing! Napaka-magical!”
Mikha, on the other hand, conveyed, “Sobra akong natuwa because napakita naman po namin sa performance namin that we are really ‘Born To Win’. I love the facial expressions and in-all out po talaga namin bawat dancing.”
Jhoanna also recounted how puzzled she was as she observed how the cameramen moved the cameras so fast during their shoot and astounded with the great results, not to mention how they’re able to improve the look of their location. Meanwhile, Gwen remarked how she loved it that they’re given the chance to try out new things, such as wearing hair extensions, false eyelashes, and contact lens, which they weren’t able to do in the “Da Coconut Nut” era.
Of course, they didn’t forget to heap praises and gratitude to everyone who helped and guided them in the highly successful production – from the makeup artists, choreographers, wardrobe, and the whole production crew.
The video concluded with Maloi thanking everyone who has already seen the “Born To Win” music video and invited us to watch its accompanying “the making” video to see everything they did behind-the-scenes during its filming. And together, they yelled “Maraming salamat po!”
Released last June 11, the “Born To Win” music video has already amassed almost 800 thousand views on YouTube as of this writing.
BINI already performed it in ABS-CBN programs ASAP Natin ‘To and It’s Showtime, as well as in the All For One Canada Multiculturalism Day presented by MYX Global last June 29.
