In an episode of Kapamilya Chat, the boys of BGYO – Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate – shared how they maintain solidarity. They said the first ingredient is open communication, but it should be balanced with personal space.

True enough, the group is supportive of one another’s individual dreams. Proof is how they reacted to Akira’s first lead role in the digital series “Bola Bola.” JL shared, “Tuwang-tuwa kami, tapos sabi namin, ‘Ito na ‘yun, magkakaroon na tayo ng sarili nating projects.’ Nauna si Aki. Sabi naman ni Direk Lauren, lahat naman daw kami may kanya-kanyang spot.”

For them, the success of one member is the success of the entire team. Another secret behind their solid brotherhood is bonding outside work such as by playing mobile games, basketball, and watching movies.
