From simply interacting with their fans through social media by sharing snippets of their lives via the photos and short videos they post, celebrities have found another avenue for them to reach out to their throngs of supporters – through video blogging.
In the recent years, we’ve noticed the exponential growth in the number of celebrities who are hopping on the new trend as many of them have joined the ever-growing number of vloggers by creating their official YouTube channels.
This enabled them to upload videos of them doing random things – from taking us to their vacation trips, demonstrating us their hobbies or passion projects, and giving us a peek of their everyday life, up to making us laugh with the fun challenges and pranks they take on and inspiring us with their personal anecdotes – much to their avid followers’ delight.
And aside from the opportunity to form at least a virtual bond with their fans, as well as to fulfill their primary mission of entertaining and/or educating them, some of these celebrity vloggers were able to achieve another milestone as they’re recipients of the Gold YouTube Play Button, too!
