Kahit Puso'y Masugatan premiered on ABS-CBN in 2012, topbilled by Gabby Concepcion, Jake Cuenca, Andi Eigenmann and Iza Calzado and directed by Wenn V. Deramas.

Kahit Puso’y Masugatan is about two women whose bond of sisterhood was challenged when they fall for only one man. The show also paved the way for the momentous team up of Iza and Andi. Iza played the role of Andrea while and Andi portrayed Veronica, two different women brought together by fate. In their childhood years, they learn to love and care for each other like real sisters. The two are inseparable until unfortunate circumstances set them apart.

Also included in the powerhouse cast were veteran actors Jacklyn Jose, Malou De Guzman, Mylene Dizon, Assunta De Rossi, Cris Villanueva, DJ Durano, Mickey Ferriols, and Barbara Perez.
