In terms of her music career, her debut album under Prime Music Inc. was released in 2002. Its carrier single was "Paano," a cover of Gary V's song.

 

In 2005, her first commercial single "We Belong," was used in the popular Koreanovela Wonderful Life and hit the music charts. 

 

She has seven albums to date, five of which are Certified Gold Records while her Falling in Love album released in 2007 achieved a Platinum Record. In 2008, she had her first solo major concert at the Aliw Theater titled "Catch Me, Toni Gonzaga: First Major Concert." It was even reprised in the same year. 
 

 

After a long time of focusing on hosting, Toni is again starring in an upcoming teleserye titled "Written in our Stars." It will also be topbilled by Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual.
