The film revolves around Cali (Liza Soberano), a blogger who comes up with "The Bakit List", a hugot-filled attempt to vent her feelings over her cheating ex, Gio (Enrique Gil). As her blog gains notable clout, she finds her own katapat, @DahilListBoy, who justifies the every “dahil” to her “bakit”. Surprise, surprise! As it turns out, this guy is actually Gio, her ex, in disguise.
Based on the famous Wattpad book “The Bet,” this film practically made history as LizQuen’s first big screen appearance as a loveteam. The story kicks off with Drake (Enrique Gil), the most popular boy in school who makes a bet with his buddy to make any girl fall in love with him—that ‘lucky’ woman being Sophia (Liza Soberano), a bookish girl who quickly dismisses his advances.
The #JaDine sepanx is real, but fret not, guys—Diary ng Panget is on iWant! Here, Nadine Lustre plays the role of the Eya, an ambitious student who gets a job as a personal maid to the ‘ang-pogi-mo-sana-pero-ang-yabang-mo’ Cross (James Reid). If you need something to boost your mood, this one’s for you!
Written and directed by Antoinette Jadaone, the film tells the story of Gio, a tattoo artist trying to get by, and Joanne, an ambitious yuppie yearning to rise through the ranks.
