Today on “KrisTV’s” trip to Divisoria, Kris Aquino and Kim Chiu shopped at the Filipinas stall, owned by Edwin Garcia in Tabora Street where gift wrapping materials are available in affordable prices. Here, Kris also coincidentally bumps into her former designer, Dobie Aranda.
This was followed by their visit to 857 General Merchandise where they got to learn more about innovative biodegradable plastic bags. Owner Noy Go affirmed that it is a misconception that using paper bags are environmentally friendly because it is actually made by cutting down trees whereas they offer a new form of plastic bags that can dissolve in 6 months only. The shop also sells affordable paper bags, zip locks, fabric bags, paper straws, paper plates and spray bottles, among others.
Lastly, they went to Binondo and entered an optical shop called Unique Vision Center where they tried out and bought different branded eyeglasses to suit their preferences.
Watch out for more cheap finds and gift ideas on “KrisTV” tomorrow, weekdays after “Umagang Kay Ganda” on ABS-CBN.
