Kapamiya Tree The Barretto Family 1

The Barretto Sisters are known for their feistiness, elegance, and drama—both on- and offscreen. It all started with parents Miguel Alvir Barretto and Estrella "Inday" Barretto who sit on top of their family tree. They have seven children (in order of birth): Miguel Antonio (Mito), Michelle Antoinette (Mitch), Joaquin (Jay-Jay), Gia, Gretchen, Marjorie, and Claudine. Of the seven, only the three youngest daughters joined showbiz.

Gretchen is the first Barreto to join the entertainment industry. In the 1980s, she was launched as one of the newest Regal Babies together with former child actress Janice de Belen. She also released her debut single "Going  Steady." Some of her awards include the PMPC Star Awards for TV's Best Single Performance by An Actress for MMK episodes in 2009 and 2010. She also received the 2011 PMPC Star Awards for TV's Best Drama Actress for "Magkaribal" and 2015 Gawad Tanglaw Best Supporting Actress for "The Trial." She is the partner of tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco and has one child named Dominique. The Cojuangco daughter represented the Philipine to the 2015 Le Bal des D√©butantes in Paris, which is cited by Forbes magazine as "one of the 10 hottest parties in the world."

Marjorie is an actress and politician. She served as the councilor of Caloocan City from 2007 to 2013. Her first movie was in 1993. She has three kids with comedian Dennis Padilla and a daughter with actor Kier Legazpi. Under the Barretto-Padilla tree is Julia Barretto, a young talent who signed up with ABS-CBN and rose to prominence after being cast in the fantaserye Kokey. She now plays the lead antagonist in the teleserye "And I Love You So." Julia's siblings are Claudia and Leon Marcus. Her half-sibling is Dani, an online fashion and style influencer.

Awarded actress Claudine is best known for her lead role in the TV series "Mula Sa Puso" (1997-1999) alongside the late Rico Yan. She made a comeback in 2015 through the movie "Etiquette for Mistresses." She was married to action star and comedian Raymart Santiago from 2006 to 2013. They have two children: Sabina and Santino.
